MENS RECOVERY FOUNDATIONS


What can I expect?

We’ve learned what works and what doesn’t work when it comes to group therapy. We work to stay focused on each individual’s goals for where they are at in their recovery process.


Although groups are ongoing, (keep going as needed) we have our groups structured as follows

  1. Week 1- 12: Foundations of Recovery
  2. Week 13-24: Integration 
  3. Week 25 and foreword: Maintenance
